After that we will contact the candidates from our database and at the same time start an individual selection procedure. We will arrange an interview with the selected suitable candidates. If you wish so, you may have our consultant present at the interview and help you with asking appropriate questions.

If your chosen employee suits your needs, we will provide advice with the work contract and after he / she starts working for you, you will pay the Agency an intermediary fee.

The final decision is preceded by a probationary day and you only pay if you are satisfied with your new employee.
